Le Hublot Hotel - Cotonou

Located perfectly, this hotel has spacious and tidy rooms, with an affordable rate. the chef's cuisine is above average and the menu is delightful. the rooms come with a view of the city and bathrooms are well-equipped with toiletries. the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable , offering a prompt and helpful service.

But unfortunately, sometimes the staff can be slow in serving your needs.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, which made our stay relaxing and comfortable. The menu options offered by the restaurant were above average and we enjoyed a delicious meal. Additionally, the excellent central location of the property allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and take part in festive activities.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, unfortunately, the staff was very slow and not very professional. They struggled with understanding English and there were several mistakes made during our stay, which left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite the fair price and great location, the poor service made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The staff were unprofessional and slow. Misunderstandings due to language barriers were a recurring issue.
